The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim Do Ordain as Follows: SECTION 1. That Section 17 of dinance 442 entitled "An Ordiance Pro= viding for the Licensing of Business, Professions, Shows, Exhibitions and Games Conducted or Carried on in the City of Anaheim, Fixing the Rate of License Therefor, Providing for Cal lection Thereof and Fixing Penalties for the Violation Thereof," be and the same is hereby amended to read ab j follows: "SECTION 17. For' every pe firm or corporation carrying on, con ducting or managing or engaged in the business of selling at auction, goo4 wares or merchandise, Thirty-fiv4 > Dollars ($35.00) per day. " SECTION 2. All ordinances or parte of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
