That the compensation of the City Clerk and Ex -Officio Assessor of said City is hereby fixed at Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250,00) per month, payable monthly, and he is hereby allowed the sum of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1,804.00) per annum for clerical assistance in his office," SECTION 2, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby r e pealed.. SECTION 3, The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certify to the passage of this,or.dinance and shall cause the same to.be;published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
