3 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 161, BEING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
VAN ORDINANCE FIXING COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM."
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance Number 161, en-
titled "An Ordinance Fixing Compensation of Certain Officers of
the City of Anaheim" be amended to read as follows: That the
compensation of the City Treasurer of said City is hereby fixed
at Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars per month, payable monthly.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall cer-
tify to the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be
published once in the "Anaheim Gazette", a weekly newspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim, and said Ordinance shall take effect on and aftez
the 16th day of April, 1928.
The foregoing Ordinance is signed, approved and attested by
