The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall ce tify to the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published once in the "Anaheim Gazette", a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and therefrom and thereafter the same shall take effect and be in full force.
