The City Council of the City of Anaheim do ordian as follows: Sub -section 10 of Section 10 of Ordin- ance No. 507 is hereby amended to read as follows: Sub -section 10: of giving steam baths, electric light baths, electric tub baths, shower baths, sponge baths, sun baths, mineral baths, Russian, Swedish or Turkish baths, or any public bath place which maintains in connection there- with a steam room, plunge, shower, bath, or sleeping accommodations, Eighteen ($15.00) Dollars per year. Nothing in this section contained shall apply to physical culture institu- tions, natatorium or public baths main- taining a swimming tank of more than five hundred square feet in area, licens- ed under other sections of this Ordin- ance. Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall cause this Or- dinance to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and shall take effect from and after its final passage.
