SECTION 5. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the County of Orange, State of California, for a. term not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
