PXXALTY: Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the city jail of the City of Anaheim for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment; and each such person, as principal, agent, or otherwise, shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each sale of goods not inventorie and for each day, during any portion of which the violation of , os failure, neglect or refusal to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance is committed, continued or permitted by such person. See. 9. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by the City Council of the City of Anaheim and cause the same to be published once in the Anaheim Gazette and to be posted in three (3) conspicuous places in the City of Anaheim, anc it shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.
