semination of local and telegraphic news and intelligence of a general char-
acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all
said times said newspaper had been established, printed and published in the
said City of Anaheim, in said County and State at regular intervals for more
than one year preceding the first publication of the notice herein mention-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS }

FOLLOW:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated, for
the fiscal year ending April 30, 1936, from the General Fund of
the City of Ananein, the sun of Forty Ligat hundred (iQ06.03)
Dollars, which sum shall be used for the purpose of advertising
the City of Anaheim, and providing for music and promotion within
said city, said money tc be paid by direction of the City Council
of the City of inaheim for said purposes.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall cause this orainance to be
pubiished once in the Anaheim Gazetle, a weekly newspaper pub -
liked and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and shall tale
