semination of local and telegraphic news and intelligence of a general char-
acter, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscribers; that at all

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS'
SECTION 1. That Section 21 of the
above entitled ordinance be and the
same is hereby amended to read as f
follows:
SECTION 21. The City Council shall,
by resolution, fix the installation
charges to be collected by the Public
Service Department for each electric
service to be connected with the dis-
tributing system of the City of Anaheim,
and establish installation charges for
water installation, and the City Council
shall, by resolution, establish the rates (
to be charged by said Public Service
Department for electric energy and i
€ water furnished to consumers.
SECTION 2. Sections 22, 22-A; 23, 24
and 24-A of the above entitled ordin-
ance, number 476, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall II,
cause this ordinance to be published
once in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly
newspaper published and circulated in
the City of Anaheim, and shall take
effect thirty (30) days after its final
passage.
The foregoing ordinance was signed
and approved by me this 23rd day of
April, 1935.

Public Service Department for electric energy and raster furnished
to consuaers.
SiCTIOX 2. Sections 22, 22-p, 23, 24 and 24-A of the above
entitled ordinance, number 476, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to Ce

lished and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and shall take
