SECTION 1. That subsection 39 of section 10 of Ordinance No.
507 of the City of Anaheim, entitled, "An Ordinance Providing for
the Licensing of Businesses, Professions, Shows, Lxhibitions and
Games Conducted and Carried on in the City of Anaheim, Fixing the
Rate of License therefor, Providing for Collection thereof, and
Fixing Penalties for the Violation thereof", be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Subsection 39. Of selling or delivering kerosene,
gasoline, benzine, engine distillate, stove distillate, furnace
distillate or any or all other petroleum products, by .Weans of
tank wagons, tank trucks or other vehicles by any person, firm or
corporation not having an established place of business in the
City of Anaheim, and paying a license suant to other provisions,
of this ordinance, O 'o ars per year per vehicle.

SECTION 2. The City 'Jlerk shall cause this ordinance to be
published once in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper published and
circulated in the City of Anaheim, and the same shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage.
The foregoing ordinance is signed and approved by me this
5th day of November, 1935.
