ORDINANCE NO. 5759 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE <br />ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING <br />(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 89-90-58). <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly <br />noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its <br />Resolution No. 90R-267 determining that a change or changes in <br />the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be <br />made; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made <br />as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of <br />said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the <br />Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by <br />rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the <br />City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows, to wit: <br />AREA 1 - APPROXIMATELY 7 ACRES CONSISTING OF <br />THOSE PARCELS LOCATED ON THE EAST AND WEST <br />SIDES OF LOARA STREET BEGINNING AT THE <br />_.. SOUTHERN CITY LIMITS AND EXTENDING NORTH <br />APPROXIMATELY 660 FEET; ALSO INCLUDING <br />THOSE PARCELS LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH <br />SIDES OF WILMOT LANE. EXCEPTING THE PARCEL <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WILMOT <br />LANE AND LOARA STREET. <br />AREA 2 - APPROXIMATELY 4.6 ACRES CONSISTING <br />OF THAT PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br />EUCLID STREET, HAVING A FRONTAGE OF <br />APPROXIMATELY 330 FEET, HAVING A MAXIMUM <br />DEPTH OF APPROXIMATELY 608 FEET AND BEING <br />LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 190 FEET SOUTH OF THE <br />CENTERLINE OF CINDY LANE. <br />
