AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CHAPTER 18.73 OF TITLE 18
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 88-3 AND AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5045, AS PREVIOUSLY AMENDED, ACCORDINGLY
(THE PACIFICENTER ANAHEIM SPECIFIC PLAN,
ADJUSTMENT NO. 1).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 5045 pursuant to Chapter 18.93
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to establishment of zoning
and development standards by addition of Chapter 18.73 to said
Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has further duly adopted
Ordinance No. 5046 relating to reclassification of certain real
property described therein into the Specific Pian 88-3 Zone
subject to certain conditions as specified therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore adopt
Ordinance No. 5695 on August 24, 1999, Ordinance No. 5207 on
March 5, 1991, and Ordinance No. 5278 on December 10, 1991
amending Ordinances Nos. 5045 and 5046; and
WHEREAS, the amendments, the Sign Program and the Final
Site Plan are specifically described in the Specific Plan Book
titled "PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific Plan, March 1999, and
Exhibit Nos. 1 through 6 (the "Specific Plan Document") and the
Staff Report to the Planning Commission, dated June 7, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the proposed adjustment modifies the
PacificCenter Specific Plan, Appendix No. 11 (Hotel Conditions)
to revise Condition No. 4 relating to daily maid service, and is
further identified as No. SPN 2001-00004 ("Adjustment No. 1"; and
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2001 the Anaheim City Planning
Commission considered and approved the proposed Adjustment No. 1
and recommended to the City Council that it adopt an ordinance
incorporating said proposed adjustment; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), the City Council has
determined that the previously certified EIR No. 218 is adequate
to serve as the environmental documentation for this project.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
ordain that Adjustment No. 1 be, and the same is hereby,
approved; and that Ordinance No. 5045 be, and the same is hereby,
amended, to revise the Zoning and Development Standards in
Chapter 18.73 of the Anaheim Municipal Code as set forth in
Sections 1-3 below.
SECTION 1.
That Sections 18.73.010, 18.73.020-100 and 18.73.110 of
Chapter 18.73 of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same are hereby, amended by amending all references to
Specific Plan No. 88-3 contained thereon to mean and refer to
that certain document entitled "PacifiCenter Anaheim Specific
Plan 88-3, Amendment No. 3; Adjustment No. 1", on file in the
Planning Department.
SECTION 2.
That Ordinance No. 5045, as previously amended be, and
the same is hereby respectively, amended by amending all
references to Specific Plan No. 88-3 contained therein to mean
and refer to that certain document entitled "PacifiCenter Anaheim
Specific Plan 88-3, Amendment No. 3; Adjustment No. 1", on file
in the Planning Department.
SECTION 3.
That, except as expressly amended therein, Ordinance
No. 5045, as previously amended, shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of July

pal Code as set forth in Sections 13 below.

in to mean and refer to that certain document entitled

3; Adjustment No. 1", on file in the Planning Department.
SECTION 3
That,except as expressly amended therein, Ordinance
No. 5045, as previously amended, shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopt-
ed by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day
