AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
180 --SERIES 1960-61 , in Reclassification No. F-60-61-59
, recommending an amendment of Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after
having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pre-
scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said

and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fiat the 21st day of
March 6 19 61 , as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, atil*.e time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein An opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)
6761 , finding and determining that Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or
changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth
in said resolution(s); and
6761 WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) No. (s)
certain conditions and requirements
were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 16 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 16 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The North 10W.00
6 feet of the South 231.12 feet
of the nest feet of the South 10 acres
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 212 Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho Las Bolsas, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD-OCM+IERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2,
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set f0fth,7-and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fif-
teen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, Published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1592 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 20th day of June, 1961, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 27th
day of June, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1592,on the 27th day of June, 1961.
