1585ORDINANCE NO. 1585 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14215 PlIENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on December 22, 1959, adopt Ordinance No. 1425 in Re- classification Proceedings No ,,F-59-60-2, changing the pro- perty therein described from R -Al Residential -Agricultural Zone, to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to the conditions set forth in said ordinance; and 'WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it was the Intention of said Council at the time said ordinance was granted to include a convalescent hospital in the permitted C-1 uses of subject property, but that through inadvertence or oversight said use was omitted from Condition No. 5 of said ordinance; and WTHEREAS, the City Council does find that Condition No. 5 of Ordinance No. 1.25 should be amended to include a convalescent hospital in the permitted C-1 uses of subject property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1425 in Reclassification Proceedings No. F-59-60-2 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 5 thereof to read as follows: "5. That the owner of subject property place of record standard City of Anaheim C-1 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney, which restrictions shall limit the C-1 uses of the property to Banks, Medical and Dental Offices, Pharmacies, Professional Offices, Convalescent Hospitals, Non -Retail Service Businesses, and any uses, except Restaurants, which may hereafter be authorized and permitted under future zoning of the City of Anaheim in the proposed C-7, Business and Professional Office Zones; and shall limit all buildings constructed on said property to one story in height.' SECTION 2. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on June 6, 1961, but further action thereon was terminated by the City Council at a regular meeting of said City Council held on June 13, 1961.
