ORDINANCE NO. 1583
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.04, SECTION 1.04.190 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 1, Chapter 1.04, Section 1.04.190 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to
read as follows:
'SECTION 1.04.190 FINANCE DEPARTMENT --DIVISIONS.
"The Finance Department shall be divided into
the following divisions:
1. Accounts Division.
2. Purchases and Stores Division.
3, Licenses Division.
4. Collections Division.
5. Data Processing Division.
"The Director of Finance shall exercise general
supervision and control over said divisions."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of June , 1961.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1583 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 31st day of May, 1961, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day
of June, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN:- Chandler, Fry and Schutte
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons and Thompson
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that theaMayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1583 on the 6th day of June, 1961.
