ORDINANCE NO. 1573
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40, SECTION 14.40.060
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.060 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 15 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.060 THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS.
"15. East Street, between Vermont Avenue and
Ball Road."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (305 days from
and after its final passage it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of May , 1961.

and adopted at a regular meeting of said'City Council held on the
2nd day of May, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1573 on the 2nd day of May, 1961.
