AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
219 --Series 1959-60 , in Reclassification No. F-
59-60-90 , recommending an amendment of Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after
having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pre-
scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make
findings, summaries of its hearings, and did recommend a
change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No.
219 --Series 1959-60 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 10th day of
May , 19 60 , as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, atthe time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)
6013 , finding and determining that Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or
changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth
in said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) No. (s)
6013 certain conditions and requirements
were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of Califbrnia, described as follows,
to wits
The northerly 65 feet of the followinc described
property:
The Southerly 132 feet of the North 264 feet of
the Easterly 165 feet of the Westerly 660 feet
of that portion of Lot 2 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, in the County of Orange, Sia.te of California,
as per map thereof recorded in Book 12, at pages
87 and 88, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of
said lot, 28 chains Southerly from the Northeasterly
corner of said lot; thence Southerly along said
Easterly line 12.03 chains to the Southeasterly
corner of said lot; thence Westerly along the
Southerly line of said lot, 20 chains to the South-
westerly corner of said lot; thence Northerly
along the Westerly line of said lot, 12.03 chains
to the Southwesterly corner of the tract of land
described in the deed from Hattie Goetz and
husband to Emma Shaffer recorded December 6, 1917,
in Book 316, at page 202, of Deeds, records of
said Orange County; thence Easterly along the
SoutherlJT line of said tract 20 chains to the
point of beginning;
now is R -A, RES I DENT IAL -AGRI CULTUPAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT4iANUFACTURING ZONE, subject to
the following conditions:
1. That slzbject property be developed in. accordance
with the plans presented to the City Council and
on file with the City of Anaheim.
2. That the 50 -foot P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING ZONE,
requirement be waived.
3. That adequate parking spaces be provided.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECT IOI 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin ,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
