ORDINANCE NO. 1567
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 1554 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING
TO THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE FURNISHING WATER
SERVICE TO INHABITANTS OF ANAHEIM."
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on March 7, 1961, adopt Ordinance No. 1554 consenting to
the City of Garden Grove furnishing water service to inhabitants
of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Ordinance
No. 1S54 should be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Ordinance No. 1554 of the City of Anaheim
adopted March 7, 1961, and entitled `SAN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO THE CITY OF GARDEN
GROVE FURNISHING WATER SERVICE TO INHABITANTS OF ANAHEIM,"
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once
within fifteen ( 15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30)
days from and after its final passage it shall take effect
and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed
by me this 18th day of April, 1961.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1567 was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on
the 11th day of April, 1961, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meting of said City Council held on the 18th day of
April, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1567 on the 18th day of April,
1961.
