ORDINANCE NO. 1565
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CHAPTER 14.32 BY ADDING
A SECTION THERETO TO BE NUMBERED 14.32.191.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto a section designated as Sec-
tion 14.32.191 which shall read as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.191 PARKING OF VEHICLES ON STREETS
RESTRICTED. No operator of any vehicle shall park
the.vehicle on any street or highway for more than
120 consecutive hours. All police officers of the
City of Anaheim shall be and they are hereby auth-
orized and empowered to remove or cause to be removed
all vehicles parked, caused to be parked or left
parked upon any street or highway for 120 or more
consecutive hours in violation of this section,
and the owner or operator of said vehicle shall be
liable for any reasonable towing and storage charges."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 4th , day of April , 1961.

a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of,Anaheim held on the
28th day of March, 1961, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of Aoril,
1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Coons, Fry, Thompson and Schutte
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1,565 on the 4th day of April, 1961.
