AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
120 -- SERIFS i a60-6] , in Reclassification No. F -6o -6i -)a
recommending an amendment of Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after
having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pre-
scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make
findings, summaries of its hearings, and did recommend a
change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No.
120 -- SERIES 1960-61 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 2 th day of
Nover,.ber , 19 60 , as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, atit'.e time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein An opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution(s) No.(s)
6484 , finding and determining that Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or
changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth
in said resolution(s); and ,
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) No.(s)
6484 , certain conditions and requirements
were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1•
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 27, Township L_ South, Range 10 v,"est,
described as follows:
Cor.mencing at a point on the Westerly line of the South-
east quarter of said Section 27, distant South 00 1J -2t 47"
East 339-04 feet froni the Northwesterly corner of the
South half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quart-
er of said Section 27; thence South 8090 331 07" East 200.00
feet parallel with the Northerly line of the South half
of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 27 to the Northeast corner of land described as
Parcel 1 in a deed to Ron: Investment Co., recorded December
12, 195 in Book 1513, page 320 of Official Records, said
point being the true point of beginning; thence continu-
ing along said parallel line South 390 33t 07" East
100.00 feet to the ilesterly line of land described in a
deed to Layne E. Fitts and others, recorded Decen-Lber 27,
101,6- in Boo'., 3753, page 106 of Official Records; thence
South 00 1;.21 47" East along said 1,1esterly line and its
Southerly prolongation to the Northerly line of i,Jil'.en
way, as shown on a map of Tract No. 3127, recorded in
BoolL c)4, pages 1j_8 and 1;_9 of 1,;Ascellaneous 1,'aps, records
of Orange County, California; thence Westerly along the
Northerly line of said 14illcen Way to the Southeast cor-
ner of land described as Parcel 1 in a deed to George
1.. Buban and others, recorded January 20, 1959 in Boo'.,'
1,553, page 313 of Official Records; thence North 00 1;..21

now is R -A, RES IDENTIAL-AGR I CULTUIVL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHtORHOJD-C01,1-ERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That subject property be developed in accordance
with the arr.ended plans presented to the City
Council and on file with the City of Anaheim,
which plans provide for 31-99 feet access area
to parlii.ng.
2. That 21 parking spaces be provided as required
by the Anahei-n_ I.unicipal Code.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning l'ap shall be, and the sane is hereby,
aruended, and the property above described shall be excluded
frog: the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Ilap as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zon-
ing map to be added to the City Zoning I'_ap showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days fro-,-.- and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

on the 28th day of March, 1961, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day
of April, 1961, by the following vote of the members thereof:
