ORDINANCE NO. 5333
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING SECTION 14.32.190 OF CHAPTER
14.32 OF TITLE 14 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PROHIBITED
PARKING ON PORTIONS OF ROOSEVELT ROAD
AND MONTE VISTA ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 14.32.190 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, which Section prohibits parking on
designated streets be, and it is hereby, amended by adding thereto
new subsections .2480 and .2490 which subsections shall read as
follows:
11.2480 Roosevelt Road, on both sides, from Santa Ana
Canyon Road to Monte Vista Road.
.2490 Monte Vista Road, on both sides, from Roosevelt
Road to Weir Canyon Road."
SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY
The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby declares
that should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this
ordinance of the Code, hereby adopted, be declared for any reason
to be invalid, it is the intent of the Council that it would have
passed all other portions of this ordinance independent of the
elimination herefrom of any such portion as may be declared
invalid.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of Se t , 1992.
