ORDINANCE NO. 5324
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO. 5110
RELATING TO SPECIFIC PLAN 90-01
ZONING.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 5110 pursuant to Chapter 18.93
of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to reclassification of
certain real property described therein into the Specific Plan
90-01 Zone subject to contain conditions as specified therein;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend certain of
said conditions of approval as set forth in Ordinance No. 5110
and has complied with the procedures set forth in Chapter 18.93
of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
That Ordinance No. 5110 be, and the same is hereby,
amended by the amendment of Conditions Nos. 6 and 13 thereof to
read as follows:
116 That the most westerly access on Santa Ana Canyon
Road shall be signalized with separate left turn
phasing and the access road shall be as follows:
provide a 200 foot long and 12 foot wide
deceleration lane for eastbound traffic on Santa
Ana Canyon Road; a 120 foot transition lane for
eastbound traffic. Provide a westbound left turn
lane approximately 200 feet long with a transition
lane approximately 120 feet long. Provide a 59
foot wide access road at Santa Ana Canyon Road,
200 feet long (one right 13 feet, two left it feet
for north bound and two southbound 13 foot and 11
foot). This access road is know as Festival
Drive."
1113 That Roosevelt Road and Monte Vista Road shall be
signalized. Festival Drive shall be 40 foot wide with
striping approved by Traffic Engineering. The striping
and island at the intersection shall be approved by
Traffic Engineering. The developer shall incur the
cost of interconnecting the signal to the City's
traffic signal coordination plan."

SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Ordinance No.
5110, as heretofore amended, shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 213th day of July 1992.
