5291L ORDINANCE NO. 5291 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution No. 71R-220 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, CITY OF ANAHEIM, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: PARCEL 1: THAT PORTION OF LOT 22 IN BLOCK K OF THE KRAEMER TRACT, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 12, PAGES 87 AND 88 OF MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 22, SAID POINT BEING SOUTH 61° 00' 00" EAST 534.85 FEET FROM THE NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 22; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY LINE SOUTH 610 00' 00" EAST 355.00 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 292.00 FEET TO A POINT SOUTH 60 08' 00" EAST 210.00 FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 60 08' 00" WEST 210.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. 2. That the owners of subject property shall install street lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director of Public Utilities, at the time the property is developed. 3. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. 4. That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
