ORDINANCE NO. 5270
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC90-175, as amended by PC91-30, determining that a
change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF LOT C OF TRACT 8905 AS RECORDED
IN BOOK 468 PAGES 1 TO 5 OF RECORDS OF ORANGE
COUNTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF TRACT
8905 AS RECORDED IN BOOK 468 PAGES 1 TO 5
RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE NORTH 790 57'
17" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.11 FEET; THENCE
NORTH 100 17' 18" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.56
FEET; THENCE NORTH 790 57' 14" WEST, A DISTANCE
OF 99.93 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 100 13' 56" WEST, A
DISTANCE OF 100.03 FEET; THENCE CONTINUING
ALONG SAID LINE, A DISTANCE OF 45.00 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 110 45' 14" EAST, A DISTANCE OF
74.84 FEET; THENCE NORTH 660 33' 56" EAST, A
DISTANCE OF 206.57 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING,
into the "RS-HS-22,000(SC)" RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE,
SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the developer shall be responsible for any
direct costs associated with the monitoring

and/or reporting required as set forth by
Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code to
ensure implementation of those mitigation
measures identified in the mitigated Negative
Declaration that have been incorporated as
conditions of approval for subject property.
2. That approval of this application constitutes
approval of the proposed request only to the
extent that it complies with the Anaheim
Municipal Zoning Code and any other applicable
City, State and Federal regulations. Approval
does not include any action or findings as to
compliance or approval of the request regarding
any other applicable ordinance, regulation or
requirement.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of November ,
1991.
