ORDINANCE NO. 5257
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REPEALING
SECTION 1.04.995 OF CHAPTER 1.04 OF TITLE 1 OF
THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION I.
That Section 1.04.995 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code establishing an Economic Development Board
of the City of Anaheim be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of October ,
1991.
