AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC90-73 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
THOSE PORTIONS OF LOTS 2 AND 3 OF ESTATE OF
MARY STROBEL, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF
ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP
THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 3 PAGES 76 AND 77 OF
MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS, LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2
AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 150 00' 00" EAST,
ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE THEREOF, 50.32 FEET TO
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE LAND CONVEYED TO
BERTHA EBELING, A MARRIED WOMAN, BY DEED
RECORDED MARCH 22, 1957, IN BOOK 3847 PAGE 182
OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY;
THENCE SOUTH 740 56' 15" WEST, ALONG THE
NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LAND CONVEYED TO
EBELING, AND ITS WESTERLY PROLONGATION 97.50
FEET; THENCE NORTH 150 00' 00" WEST 18.07 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 740 56' 15' EAST 32.25 FEET TO THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE NORTH 740
56' 15" EAST 165.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF

EXCEPTING THEREFROM FOR PUBLIC SIDEWALK
PURPOSES A STRIP 6 1/2 FEET WIDE ALONG THE
EASTERLY BOUNDARY AS CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, BY DEED RECORDED APRIL 13, 1906, IN
BOOK 131, PAGE 112 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF ORANGE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
PARCEL 3:
LOT 8 OF THE "ESTATE OF MARY STROBEL", IN THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 3,
PAGES 76 AND 77, MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS OF LOS
ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of June , 1991.
