ORDINANCE NO. 5218 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE <br />ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly <br />noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its <br />Resolution No. PC90-140 determining that a change or changes in the <br />zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as <br />conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said <br />zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the <br />Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by <br />rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the <br />City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows, to wit: <br />BEGINNING AT THE WESTERLY QUARTER CORNER OF <br />SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST SAID <br />POINT ALSO BEING THE CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF <br />EUCLID STREET AND CRESCENT AVENUE; THENCE GOING <br />NORTH 000 15' 52" WEST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF <br />EUCLID STREET 1,330.45 FEET; THENCE NORTH 890 <br />47' 15" EAST 186.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF TRUE <br />BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 890 47' 15" <br />EAST 473.64 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 000 14' 47" EAST <br />143.86 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 890 47' 15" WEST <br />426.70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 000 151 52" EAST <br />63.61 FEET; THENCE NORTH 000 45' 09" WEST <br />179.90 FEET; THENCE NORTH 000 15' 52" WEST <br />56.58 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 890 47' 15" EAST <br />133.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 000 15' 52" WEST <br />151.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF TRUE BEGINNING, <br />into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE. <br />Reclass 89-90-60 <br />
