6 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5207 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ANAHEIM AMENDING SECTION OF <br />THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br />SPECIFIC PLAN 88-3 ZONING AND AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NOS. 5045 AND 5046 ACCORDINGLY <br />(SANTA FE PACIFIC PLAZA) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has <br />heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 5045 pursuant to Chapter 18.93 <br />of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to establishment of zoning <br />and development standards by addition of Chapter 18.73 to said <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has further duly adopted <br />Ordinance No. 5046 relating to reclassification of certain real <br />property described therein into the Specific Plan 88-3 Zone <br />subject to certain conditions as specified therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the zoning <br />and development standards of Specific Plan 88-3 to permit <br />additional uses and structures in Development Area 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has complied with the <br />procedures set forth in Chapter 18.93. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That Section 18.73.020-100 of the Anaheim Municipal <br />Code and Ordinance Nos. 5045 and 5046 be, and the same are <br />hereby, amended by adding the following accessory uses and <br />structures to Section VI.2.D.l.b of the Santa Fe Pacific Plaza <br />Specific Plan (Development Area 1): <br />114) Warehouse and distribution facility in support of <br />permitted on-site office uses. <br />5) Indoor physical recreation facility in support of <br />permitted on-site office uses." <br />1 <br />
