AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly
noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its
Resolution No. PC87-245 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL A:
PARCEL 3, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 196,
PAGES 8 AND 9 OF PARCEL MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF
THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.
PARCEL B:
AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THOSE
PORTIONS OF PARCELS 1 AND 21, AS SHOWN ON THAT
CERTAIN LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT PLAT NO. 139
RECORDED NOVEMBER 1, 1985 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 85-
423458 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF PARCEL
3, AS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 196, PAGES 8
AND 9 OF PARCEL MAPS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE
SOUTH 34 DEG. 23' 42" EAST ALONG THE
SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID PARCEL 3 AND ITS
SOUTHEASTERLY PROLONGATION, 309.49 FEET TO A
RECLASS 87-88-26
POINT IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID PARCEL
3; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEG. 00' 11" EAST, 106.00
FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 59' 49" WEST, 67.60
FEET TO A POINT IN A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND
DISTANT 51 FEET EASTERLY FROM THE LINE COMMON
TO PARCELS 1 AND 2 OF SAID PARALLEL MAP HAVING
A BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH 0 DEG. 00' 11"
WEST 371.55 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEG. 00' 11"
WEST ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE, 89.68 FEET TO A
POINT IN A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND DISTANT
SOUTHWESTERLY 32.50 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY
PROLONGATION OF THE LINE COMMON TO SAID PARCELS
1 AND 2 HAVING A BEARING AND DISTANCE OF NORTH
34 DEG. 23' 42" WEST, ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE,
284.77 FEET TO A POINT IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY
LINE OF KATELLA AVENUE AS SHOWN ON SAID PARCEL
MAP, SAID POINT BEING IN THE ARC OF A CURVE
CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 940.00
FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 65.01 FEET ALONG THE
ARC OF SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 3
DEG. 57' 46" TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION INCLUDED IN
PARCEL A ABOVE,
into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning
Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this27thday of November , 1990.
