W <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5121 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING <br />THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF <br />THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br />ZONING. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore held a duly <br />noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its <br />Resolution No. 89R-320, as amended by 90R-133 determining that a <br />change or changes in the zone or zones herein ter mentioned and <br />described should be made; and <br />WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made <br />as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of <br />said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the <br />Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by <br />rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the <br />City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described <br />as follows, to wit: <br />THE WEST ONE-HALF, MEASURED ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT <br />21, OF TRACT 743, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF <br />ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED <br />IN BOOK 22 PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF <br />THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN A DEED <br />TO ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, RECORDED MAY <br />059 1960 IN BOOK 5227 PAGE 182 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, <br />into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE. <br />SECTION 2. <br />The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, <br />amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the <br />zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part <br />of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, <br />as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby <br />directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City <br />Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. <br />Reclass No. 88-89-56 <br />
