AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO
IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2002-00074).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held
on May 20, 2002, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.03.085
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did adopt
its Resolution No. PC2002-94 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should
be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF PARCEL 4 AS PER MAP FILED IN
BOOK 34, PAGE 38 OF PARCEL MAPS, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
PARCEL 4 THENCE NORTH 890 38' 40" EAST,
152.81 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 10° 13' 24" WEST
209.20 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF
PARCEL 4; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY
LINE OF PARCEL 4 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
SAID PARCEL 4; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE
WESTERLY LINE OF PARCEL 4 TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT RECORDED JUNE 9, 1982, AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 82-196740, OFFICIAL RECORDS
into the RM -2400 (Residential, Multiple -Family) Zone of the City
of Anaheim, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of September
2002.
