AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2002-00080).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held
on November4, 2002, pursuant to the provisions of Section
18.03.085 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission
did adopt its Resolution No. PC2002-163 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
FRACTIONAL SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE
9 WEST, IN THE RANCHO SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA
ANA, CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, AS SAID SECTION IS SHOWN ON A
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 10 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF
SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER DISTANT NORTH 0` 09'
10" EAST 1000.00 FEET FROM THE WEST QUARTER
CORNER OF SAID SECTION; THENCE CONTINUINING
ALONG SAID WEST LINE NORTH 0° 09' 10" EAST
290.00 FEET TO A POINT IN THE SOUTHERLY
BOUNDARY OF THE LAND DE§CRIBED IN PARCEL 1 OF
THAT CERTAIN FINAL ORDER] OF CONDEMNATION
RECORDED APRIL 15, 1964,', IN BOOK 7006,
PAGE(S) 63, 64 AND 65 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS;
THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY NORTH 0°
09' 10" WEST 290.00 FEET TO AN ANGLE POINT IN
SAID SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE; THENCE SOUTH
89' 51' 10" WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY
PROLONGATION OF THE MOST SOUTHERLY LINE OF
SAID PARCEL 1 A DISTANCE OF 464.89 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Overlay) Zone of the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
