1813I ORDINANCE NO. 1813 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING, THAT,. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 199 -- Series 1261-62 In Reclassification No. 61-62-66 recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon In the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons Interested therein., and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings and summaries of Its hearings and did recommend a change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution.; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation 'of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 6th day of Feb - ruary , 19 62 , as the time, and the -Council Chamber in the City Hall of the -City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones, and did give notice thereof In the manner and as provided In said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code,, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 62R-102 , finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set"forth in said resolution(s)- and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 62R-102 -, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with; 61-62-66 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows? to wit: The West 5 acres of the North 18 acres of the East 30 acres of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.& M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 66 feet. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said land conveyed to the Orange County Flood Con- trol District by deed recorded June 20, 1960 in Book 5293, page 146 of Official Records. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE, subjeot to the following conditions: 1. That subject property shall be developed sub- stantially in accordance with plans marked "Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2111 on file with the City of Anaheim, with a provision that a 35 -foot building setback line shall be established and maintained along Lincoln Avenue; and that said building setback area, excepting that portion thereof reserved for access drives or walks, shall be landscaped and said landscaping main- tained. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be used for park and recre- ation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. 3. That adequate areas for trash storage, acces- sible to trash truck pickup, shall be provided as required by the Street Maintenance and Sani- tation Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed by a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. -2- 6... SECTION 20 The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer Is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 30 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force, THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this 13thday of February , 196 3 0 OR OF TH C ITY-OF ANAHEIM AT ST.o i CIT CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM STATE OF CALIFORNIA) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss.
