1809ORDINANCE NO4 1809 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 476 -- Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-19 recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Nunlcipa Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 25th day of Se tember , 19 62 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in the Ci yaI ll of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of.zone or zones$ and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 62R-861 9 finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 62R-861 , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with,, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries • of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows*. 0 1 62-63"19 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The South half of the East half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 7 and following, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 483 feet; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 200 feet of the North 89.16 feet of the South 572.16 feet. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. 2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as determined and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed by a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department, prior to final building inspection. 4. That the access drives shall be a minimum width of 21 feet with adequate angle cut-offs provided, or a minimum width of 28 feet if no cut-offs are provided, and, in all cases, shall have a minimum vertical clearance of 14 feet. 5. That a turn -around, with a radius of 30 feet, shall be provided at the west end of the driveway, or that access rights shall be acquired to the alley by purchasing a portion of Lot "A" of Tract No. 3886. 6. That subject property shall be developed sub- stantially in accordance with plans marked "Exhibits 1, 2, and 3" on file with the City of Anaheim. 7. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the north boundary of subject property prior to final building inspection. • 8. (a) That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be con- structed along the easterly 200 feet of the southerly boundary and along the southerly 89 feet of the easterly boundary of subject property prior to final building inspection; or IM • • (b) that a bond in an to the City of Anaheim City to guarantee the within a period of two SECTION 2. amount and_form satisfactory shall be posted with the construction. of said wall years from date hereof. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is -hereby -adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
