ORDINANCE NO. 1808
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.04, SECTION 18.04.090,
PARAGRAPH (2) EXCEPTIONS, SUBPARAGRAPH (h) -
(1) REVERSED CORNER LOT, OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.04, Section 18.04.090,
Paragraph (2) Exceptions, Subparagraph (h) (1) Reversed Corner
Lot, of the Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.04.090 GENERAL PROVISIONS - AREA -
FRONT YARD.
"(2) EXCEPTIONS:
REVERSED CORNER LOT: A six (6) foot
fence, wall or hedge may be erected in
the normal inside side and rear yard,
except that such fence, wall, or hedge
may not extend along the rear yard
beyond the side yard setback of the
reversed corner lot."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1808 on the 29th
day of January, 1963.
