ORDINANCE NO. 1805
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
to TITLE 18, CHAPTER 18.80 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 18.80.090 AND
BY REPEALING SECTION 18.80.100, RELATING TO
FLOOR SPACE REQUIREMENTS.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.80, Section 18.80.090 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"SECTION 18.80.090 STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD TO THE
SANTA ANA RIVER BETWEEN THE RIVER-
SIDE FREEWAY ON THE NORTH AND BALL
ROAD ON THE SOUTH.
"No person, firm, corporation, or association shall here-
after, within the following described area:
That area bounded on the north by the Riverside
Freeway, on the east by the Santa Ana River, on
the south by Ball Road, and on the west by
State College Boulevard, in the City of Anaheim,
California;
erect, construct, or locate more than one single-
family dwelling and its accessory buildings upon any
one lot or building site in the above mentioned area,
nor erect, construct, or locate any single family
dwelling on any lot therein with a minimum livable
floor space of less than One Thousand Five Hundred
Twenty-five (1,525) square feet, and in computing the
area, garage space shall not be included therein."
SECTION 2.
That Title 18, Chapter 18.80, Section 18.80.100 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

do hereby certify that the -foregoing Ordinance No. 1805 was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 15th day of January, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 22nd day of January, 1963, by thefollowingvote of
the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Krein and Conns
NOES: COUNCILMEN:' None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the -Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1805 on the 22nd
day of January, 1963.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day
of January, 1963.
