AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.. 1590 IN RECLASS-
IFICATION 'PROCEEDINGS NO. 60-61-7 IN
ACCORDANCE WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO.
61-62-106.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT :

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
recommending that Ordinance No. 1590 in .Reclassification Pro-
ceedings No. 60-61-7 be amended in accordance with Reclass-
ification No. 61-62-106, after having held a public hearing
on the amendment of said ordinance in the manner and as pre-
scribed in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did thereupon
fix the 3rd day of July, 1962, as the time and the Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to said Ordinance No.
1590; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportun-
ity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Com-
mission, and did adopt Resolution No. 62R-621 finding and deter-
mining that Ordinance No. 1590 should be amended as set forth in
said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS . FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1590 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 60-61-7 be, and the same is hereby amended in accordance
with Reclassification No. 61-62-106, as more particularly herein-
after set forth.
That said ordinance be, and the same is hereby amended
to ,provide that the C-1, Neighborhood -Commercial Zone,
Declaration of Restrictions on file in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California, re-
corded in Book 5749, Page 522, Document No. 6502, be
amended as follows:
That Condition No. 3 of said restrictions, which reads
as follows:
3. No building shall be used for residential purposes
on this property unless rezoned. No sales of beer,
• wine or liquor shall be permitted on this property."

shall be amended to read:
• "3. No building shall be used for residential purposes
on this property unless rezoned."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
