ORDINANCE NO. 1787
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MNICIFAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO, ZONING .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 291 --
Series _1957-58 in Reclassification No. F55-56-40 ,
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the An eim Mun3cipa
Code and a charge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, su=a.ry of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 15th day of
Jul_ 19 58 , as the time, and t e Council
Chamber in th- —City Ha —ihe City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to `title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WITi1E EAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution- (s) No. (s) 4636 and 7396 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Manicipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s);

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 4636 and
7396 , certain conditions and requirements were einac
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of z ne or z nes have been complied. with as to the area
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE,, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The west 116.33 feet of the east 216.33 feet of
the west half of the north five acres of the east
half of the northeast quarter of the northeast
• quarter of section 14, Township 4 south, Range
eleven West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 51, page 11 -of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom the north 66.00 feet.
now is tR-A,.ESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be ch1wilged
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBOif.HOOD-COMMERCIAL ;ONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 11th day of December, 1962, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 18th day of December, 1962, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Ana-
heim approved and signed said ordinance No. 1787 on the 18th day of
December, 1962.
