1769Traffic Engr Chief of Police Dist Public Wks Maintenance Dpt ORDINANCE NO. 1769 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 14.32.235 RELATING TO PARKING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto Section 14.32.235 reading as follows: "SECTION 14.32.235 MIDWAY DRIVE - PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS RESTRICTED. "It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave parked any vehicle on the north side of Midway Drive, between Lemon Street and a point 230 feet west of Los Angeles Street, and on the south side of Midway Drive, between Lemon Street and Zeyn Street, during school hours. The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to erect and maintain alon� said street appropriate signs reading No Parking During School Hours."= SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such.change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows: That portion of the West half of the Southeast quarter' of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M., in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said West half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, distant along said West line North 00 16t S713 West 40 feet from the Southwest corner of said West half; thence parallel with the South line of said West half, North 890 Olt 5911 East 222.78 feet; thence North 0* Sgt 0111 -West 7.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet, a radial line to said curve bears South 00 581 0111 East; thence along said curve, Northeasterly, through a central angle of 890 18t 56t3 an arc distance of 38.97 feet; thence tangent to said curve, North 00 16, 5711 West 194.29 feet; thence South 890 Olt 591t West 247.40 feet to said West line; thence along said West line, South 0® 16t 5711 East 226.00 feet to the point of beginning, Except the West 80.00 feet thereof. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans marked "Exhibits Nos. 1 and 211 on file with the City of Anaheim, with the exception that Barking apace No. 48 shall be deleted and replaced in part with a strip of landscaping of a minimum width of six feet; that the patio walls abutting the Monterey Street right of way shall be is relocated three feet westerly to provide a landscaped strip of minimum width of three feet abutting Monterey Street; and that the building, including any marquees, shall maintain a thirty-five foot setback from the Lincoln Avenue right of way line. -2- I 2. That a landscaped setback area, Of a minimum width of three and one-half feet, shall be established and maintained along the -wall on subject property. 3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the northerly line of subject -property. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, And the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a -part of the zone or zone -!3 as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare -a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION- 3. The City Clerk shall certify to -the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days -after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and -after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
