AN ORDINANCE OF THE C1TY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TC ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OU= ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 427,
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62
recorw?nend ing an amendment of i i t i e 18 of the Anahe imun i is pa l
Code,an,d a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public -hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title l.& of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after 3 r=ng received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein.; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and sumMaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth fr. said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and. recommendations: of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 21st day of
Au ust , 19 62 , as the time, and the CBu.nZrl.Chamber
in t ¢ City Hall of they of Anaheim.as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to 'Title 13 of the
Anaheim I4unicigal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and didA give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said pub'tic
hear,og,, the City Council did hold and conduct such public ..'aring,4
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
)beare and 'dirt receive evidence and reports, and .did thereupon
consider,,the recommendation of the City Planning Cotemission, and
did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) �62R-762 , finding.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries
of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing-such.change or changes as follows-:
That all of the area situated in the City of. Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL ONE:
Thi: Northerly 50400 feet of the Southerly 95.00 feet of
Lot Three (3) of Tract No, 71, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 10, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps,.records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof on the West which
may be within ,tate College Boulevard.
PARCEL TWO:
The Southerly 50.00 feet of the Northerly 95.00 feet of that
portion of Lot Two (2) lying Easterly of the Southerly pro-
longation of the West line of Lot Three (3), all of said
Tract No. 71, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 10, page 22
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion thereof which may be within
State College Boulevard on the West.
now is M-1, LIGHT—MANUFACTURING ZONE, and that it be changed and
and incorporated in P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The -City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and -the property above described shall be excluded from the
zone in which --it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map
as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning
Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
2nd day of October, 1962, by the following vote of the members thereof

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No.1764 on the 2nd day of October
1962.
