1757ORDINANCE NO. 1757 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. • THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT, WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 160, SERIES 1960-61 , in Reclassification No. F-60-61-52 , recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thereon in the manner and as pre- scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings, summaries of its hearings, and did recommend a change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 160 SERIES 1960-61 of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 14th day of February , 1961 , as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, ati:�e time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and did thereupon adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 6671 o finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) No. (s) 6671 , certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or changes of zone or zones have been complied with; -1- F-60-61-52 • NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL6ws: SECTION 1: That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning,Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in ;she City of Anaheim, County of Orange,,State of California, described as follows, to wit. Lot 9 of Tract No. -3203, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 96, Wage 23, Miscellaneous leaps, records of said Orange County, now is C-3, HEAVY-COI01KERCIAL ZONE (limited to a service station only), and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY- C%'R,1ERCIAL ZONE (limited to a service station or any C-1, Neighborhood -Commercial Zone uses), upon the following condi- tion: 1. That plans for the improvement or develop- ment of subject property be approved by the Architectural Committee referred to in the deed restrictions. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
