ORDINANCE NO, 1755
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHE 94
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY :OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THATo
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass an adopt Resolution No, 06 --
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-4. ,
recommending an amendment of T itle 18 of +Ihe7Anaheim Municipal
Code,and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title l& of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after o.a''r'ng received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth Ir said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findij►gs, summary of evidence and. recommendations= of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 7th day of
August , 19 62 , as the time, and the ouncil.Chamber
in the City lull of the pity of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code.and change or changes of zone or zones,
and didr give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fined for said public
hearlog, the City Council did hold and conduct such public '-raring
and.did.give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
;hear4 and 'dirt receive evidence and reports, and .did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Co>amission, and
d1d adopt Resolution (s) No (s) 62R-736 , finding.

and
WEEREAS, ir; &c-cordance with said Resolution (s)

as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries
of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing such.change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of. Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 18, 19 and 20 of the Lorelei
Tract, as recorded in Book 29,
Page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
now is R-21 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks on Rose
Street shall be repaired as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer, and said repairs shall be
made prior to final building inspection.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per
dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation
purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
3. That 9-1/2 foot garages shall be provided with
a 9 -foot clear opening into the garages; and
that a 7-1/2 foot trash storage area shall be
provided on the center lot of subject .property,
said trash storage area to be so designed as
to meet the approval of the Street Maintenance
rtd Sanitation division of the Public Works
Vlartment,
4, That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans marked
"Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6," as amended,
on file with the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
