AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHVIN
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TC ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI T'.' .OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adapt Resolution No, 272,
Series 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-86 ,
recommending an amendment of -Title 18 of the Anaheim MunMpa
Code,and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone cir
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public -hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in savid
Title IQ of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after .3�,.ing received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission.did make findings
and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth it ;aid resolutions and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation= of the City
Planning Commission, the City, Clerk did fix the 1st day of
May
, 19 62 , as the time, and the ou cil.Chamber
n the City Hall of the�ity of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 16 of the
.Anaheim Municipal Code.. and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did° give.notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said put 'l-ic
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public: `'aring,
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
phear, and 'did receive evidence and reports, and.did, thereupon
consfder;the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries
of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing such.change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of. Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The East 50 feet of the West 130 feet of the
South 213 feet of the North 309 feet of the
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL --AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL, ZONE upon the
following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans marked
=Exhibits 1 and 211 as amended, on file with
the City of Anaheim.
2. That the proposed circulation of subject
property shall be revised, with an entrance
drive of a minimum width of 12 feet and an
exit drive of a minimum width of 12 feet,
and that the final plot plans shall be
subject to review by the Architectural
Control Committee.
3. That landscaping shall be installed and
maintained in the 35 -foot setback area,
except for the access drives and walks; that
plans for said landscaping shall be submitted
to and approved by the Superintendent of
Parkway Maintenance; and that said land-
. scaping shall be installed prior to final
building inspection.
That adequate areas for trash storage,-
accessible to trash -truck pickup, sha
be provided as determined and require
the Street Maintenance and Sanitation
Division of the Public Works Department,
which areas shall be enclosed by a solid
fence or wall prior to final building
inspection.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
Is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within.
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
