AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y'.OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 283--
5gr,�es in Reclassification No. 61-62-82 ,
recommending an amendment of Titie 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code,and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in savid
Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after~.a r:ng received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth ir: said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findipgs, summary of evidence and. recommendation,: of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 8th day of

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the

and did°'give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing. the City Council did hold and conduct such public ',.,raring,,
and dict give all persons interested therein an opportunity oto be
;bear,e and 'dick receive evidence and reports, and .d:id thereupon
consider,the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries
of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing such.change or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wits
The North. 2 acres of the South 9 acres of the West half
of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 7, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 510 page 7, et seq. , Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 10 feet of the followings
Commencing at a point in the West line of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 7, distant North 0. 46f 5011 West
461.87 feet from the Southwest corner of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 7, thence North 880 31t 4011 East
255.60 feet to the true point of beginning; thence,North
1" 28f 2011 West 10.00 feet; thence North 880 31t 4011
East 20 feet; thence South 11 28t 2011 East 20.00 feet;
thence South 88. 31f 4011 West 20.00 feet; thence North
10 28x 2011 West 10.00 feet to thetrue point of beginning.
NOTE: Said land is shown on a map of survey, recorded
in book 21, page 16, Record of Surveys, in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL, ZONE and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.
2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible to
trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as determined
and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation
Division of the Public Works Department, which areas
shall be enclosed by a solid fence or wall prior to
final building inspection.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required by
the Chief of the Fire Department, prior to final
building inspection.
4. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans marked "Exhibits 1, 2 and 311
on file V thl the City of Anaheim.
5. That a 20 -foot driveway shall be provided on each side
of the development; and that said driveways shall be
posted for one-way traffic prior to final building
inspection.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within.
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and,after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
