AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAs EIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY.OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adapt Resolution No, 16
Series 14Y 1 in Reclassification No, _ _ ,
recot�ending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa
Code ,an,d a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title I& of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after a;r ng received
.evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission- did make findings
and sumMaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth ir; aaid resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findiligs, summary of evidence and. recommendation,. of the City
Plartn`ing Commission, the City Clerk did fix the _J _ day of
March 19, as the time, and the Couneil.Chamber
in -the City -Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 148 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for Said public
heariatig, the City Council did hold and conduct such public 3ring
and did give; all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
)beard and 'slid ,receive evidence and reports, and,did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Cotamission, and
dj'd adopt. Resolution (s) No. (s)4 , finding,
And.dete�mining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal ode should:
bag A'M' and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zoite .or zones should be made as set forth in said resolutioh(s);
and
'WHEREAS, in-&ccordance with said: Resolution (s) r 6722. and
69R-622 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in she City of Anaheim,
County of orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 5 acres of the North 10 acres of the
West 20 acres of the North one-half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 18, in Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S. B. B. & M.
now is R A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That a final tract map covering subject property
shall be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California, or that
the property shall be developed in accordance
with an approved Conditional Use Permit
numbered 242.
2. That the owner of subject property pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of.$25.00 per dwelling
unit, to be used for park and recreation pur-
poses, said sum to be paid at the time the
building permit is issued.
3. That plans for all buildings proposed for subject
property shall be submitted to and approved by
the Architectural Control Committee.
4. That landscaping be provided
the front yard areas and the
Magnolia Avenue, except for
for access drives and walks,

and maintained in
side yards facing
those areas reserved
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
41 to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within.
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
dirculated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
