• AN ORDINANCE OF' THE ' CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ,
ARTICLE VII, CHAPTER 4, OF THE ANAHEIM 'MUNICI-
PAL CODE BY REPEALING SECTIONS 700,46, -
7400.;47 and 7400.48 THEREOF, RELATING TO- -
PUBLIC UTILITIES AND RATES.
THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE.: CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
•
That Article VII, Chapter 4 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, . and the -same is hereby, amended as follows: '
That-. Sections 7400.46, 7400.47 and
7400.48 of said Article VII,-
Chapter- 4
II,Chapter 4 be, and the same . are here-
by, repealed°
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adop-
tion of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
once within fifteen (15) days from and, after the date of its
adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a' newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in- the City of Ana-
heim, and thirty (30) days from and after its passage it shall
be in full force and effect.
