. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ARTICLE VIII, CHAPTER 2 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 8200.59
THEREOF, REQUIRING PLUMBERS BONDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
• SECTION 1.
That Article VIII, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows: '
(a) That Section 8200.59 of said Article .VIII,
Chapter 2 be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
within fifteen (15) days from and after the date of its adoption
in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and
thirty (30) days from and after its passage it shall be in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me this
28th day of January , 1958.
