AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2003-00105, STUDY AREA 7)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held on June 30, 2003, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 18.03.085 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Planning Commission did
adopt its Resolution No. PC2003-98 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made, unconditionally.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the County of
Orange, State. of California, described as follows, to wit:
LOT NOS. 1 THROUGH 15 IN BLOCK `A' OF TRACT NO. 237, AS
PER MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 13, PAGE 24 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA.

SECTION 2.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the County of
Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
LOT NOS. 1 THROUGH 30, BLOCK `F', TRACT 23, CITY OF
ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
SHOWN ON THE MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 9, PAGE 24 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY;

ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS
SHOWN ON THE MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 9, PAGE 24 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY.

or a less intense zone; and that the proposal specifically pertains to the following two areas:
SECTION 3.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-
described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a
part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted
and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the
City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 4. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to
be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 26 day of august 2003.
