AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1993-01 AND ORDINANCE NO. 1994-01,
NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency did heretofore adopt Ordinance No.
1993-01 and Ordinance No. 1994-01; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, Paragraphs 3 and 8(d) of the recitals in
Ordinance No. 1993-01 and Paragraph 3 of the recitals in Ordinance No. 1994-01 make reference to
City of Anaheim Ordinance No. 5155; and
WHEREAS, City of Anaheim Ordinance No. 5155 is not the correct number for the
referenced ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
That each and every reference to City of Anaheim Ordinance No. 5155 in Paragraphs 3 and
8(d) of the recitals in Ordinance No. 1993-01 and Paragraph 3 of the recitals in Ordinance No.
1994-01 shall be corrected to read Ordinance No. 5115, nune pro tune.
SECTION 2
If any section, subsection, phrase or clause of this Amendment is for any reason held to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of Ordinance No. 1993-01 or Ordinance No. 1 c;94-
01 or of the remaining provisions of this Amendment. The Agency declares that it would have
retained the existing Ordinances and each section, subsection, phrase or clause thereof and of this
Amendment, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, phrases or
clauses of this Amendment is declared to be invalid.
