annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the City of
Lnahein was submitted. to the Boundary Commission of the County of
nrfinge, State of California, and reported upon by said Boundary
ori)�1ission with respect to the definiteness and certainty of the pro-

That said terri tor�T proposed to be annexed to said City of
Inah.eim is situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and
cant 6guous to the City of Anaheim, and is uninhabited territory.
'What said petition contained a description of said territory in words
ani.l ficures as hereinafter in this Ordinance described.
That the ^ity Council duly assembled at a
